Coronavirus Update

May 8, 2020

Dear Friends,

We are delighted to bring you word of our practice’s plans for returning to operations.  Thank you for your support and patience with us during this unprecedented time in all of our lives.

Our team would like for you all to know that Dr. Mullens and Dr. Nguyen have spent the last five weeks gathering research from every corner of the globe in order to create the safest environment possible for our patients and team.  We have incorporated a number of new technologies and protocols in order to provide the Distinctive Dentistry Difference when it comes to patient safety.  While we take these matters most seriously, please take a look at our fun video highlighting some of the enhanced precautions we have implemented.

We would also like to share that we are temporarily modifying our schedule in order to resume providing regular dental care;  at the same time, we need to allow our team the opportunity to incorporate all of our updates into real time in our busy schedule.  We of course want to accommodate all of our patients, but it is likely that in the first few weeks that we will attempt to prioritize the needs of our patients and make adjustments when indicated.  As we grow into our new normal, we have every expectation that we will soon be able to accommodate the full needs of our patient family.  Thank you, in advance, for your understanding and patience with our strategic plan.

For those of our patients with an upcoming appointment, please be on the lookout via email and text for an outline of our check in procedures for your dental appointment.  We are committed to respecting social distancing and safe practices as outlined by our local and state governments.

If we can assist you or your family and friends in any way, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.   Our Team is truly blessed to be able to return in a responsible manner to what we do best, and we look forward to serving each of you.

Wishing each of you safety, health and well-being,
